Once the quotes are in, set your retreat price and see how your potential profit changes as your group fills.
Retreat price per participant
Your quotes, simplified. Fictional quotes become a common comparison for four nights, four meal days and 10–18 paying participants plus one organizer. The selected retreat selling price is €850 per paying participant. Try €750, €850, €950 to compare pricing scenarios on the same chart scale. The chart labelled Profit shows revenue minus venue costs; other retreat expenses and taxes are excluded. Garden House uses two paying guests per room, a 12-guest minimum and a separate organizer room. Its organizer room is free strictly above 16 guests, starting at 17. Hill Studio bills the organizer as one extra person. Lake Lodge charges a whole-venue rental and meals for at least 15 people including the organizer. Practice space and organizer accommodation are included at Lake Lodge; meals are charged separately. These examples do not establish availability.
