When quotes come in, Makanoo sets them side by side on the same footing, so what you include — meals, a practice space, the whole house — counts, not just the headline rate.

What organizers see. Fictional quotes become a common comparison for four nights, four meal days and 10–18 paying participants plus one organizer. The selected retreat selling price is €850 per paying participant. Try €750, €850, €950 to compare pricing scenarios on the same chart scale. The chart labelled Profit shows revenue minus venue costs; other retreat expenses and taxes are excluded. Garden House uses two paying guests per room, a 12-guest minimum and a separate organizer room. Its organizer room is free strictly above 16 guests, starting at 17. Hill Studio bills the organizer as one extra person. Lake Lodge charges a whole-venue rental and meals for at least 15 people including the organizer. Practice space and organizer accommodation are included at Lake Lodge; meals are charged separately. These examples do not establish availability.

What does partnering with Makanoo mean?
Organizers describe their retreat, and Makanoo shows them the places that fit, with what makes each one a good match. When your venue fits, they can send you a request for rates and dates. We work with you so your venue is shown as it really is, with your rates kept private.
How much work is it for us?
Very little. Onboarding is short and simple: we prepare your venue’s details from what you already publish, you check them and add your rates when you’re ready, and we take care of the rest.
Will my rates be public?
No. Only approved Makanoo retreat organizers can see your rates. They never appear on public pages.
Do I pay to appear on Makanoo?
No. Makanoo is free for retreat venues: no listing fee and no commission. We work for retreat organizers, and it’s organizers who pay for our service. A better ranking can never be bought, by you or by anyone else. Organizers see your venue because it fits their retreat.
What happens after I join?
We’ll get in touch to learn about your place and the groups you welcome, and outline the next steps. Once your venue is on Makanoo, you’ll receive inquiries from organizers whose retreats fit, and occasional updates from us.
