Set the retreat price you'll charge participants for each room type. As your group grows the cheapest rooms fill first, so the profit curve reflects the actual mix of room prices, not a single flat fee.

These figures are estimates built from each venue's offer to make them easy to compare side by side. Your exact final retreat numbers might be different depending on which rooms participants book and in which order.

Yoga studio / Practice or seminar room

The dedicated space you run your sessions in, per venue — its size and whether the venue bundles it into the room rate or charges for it separately. Where a venue offers more than one room, we default to the smallest room that fits your group; you can switch it, and the curves and prices update. One room is booked for the whole retreat.

Rooms breakdown

The table below shows the room and meal options per venue that you can select, and how many participants you expect by room type (optional). A blank room count means the venue did not state how many of that room it has, or our extraction tool was not able to pick it up.
